Things to Eat Or Drink to Help Bring Fertility Back – I Want to Get Pregnant Now!

There is not any one magic food recipe that will guarantee conception, but what you eat can increase your chance for conceiving. One thing you have to do is start eating healthy. Start by eating less meat and more vegetables. You should be eating a lot of green vegetables. If you are not big on vegetables, you can chop them up real small and add them to your meatloaf and you probably won’t even taste them.

Things to Eat Or Drink to Help Bring Fertility Back

It is good for you to drink plenty of green tea and Vitamin C too. Studies have shown that women who make these a part of their diet are more likely to become pregnant. Trans fat is something that you want to avoid whether you are trying to get pregnant or not. Trans fat is found in all kinds of foods. Here is a list of the top seven Trans fat foods.

1. Margarine – is loaded with trans fats and saturated fats, both of which can lead to heart disease. Look for soft-tub margarine because it is less likely to have trans fat.

2. Packaged foods – Cake mixes and other mixes have several grams of trans fat per serving. Look for reduced fat mixes.

3. Soups – Ramen noodles contain high levels of trans fat. See if you can find fat free or reduced fat soups.

4. Fast Food – Fries, chicken, and other foods are deep-fried in partially hydrogenated oil.

5. Frozen Food – Those delicious frozen pies, pot pies, pizzas, and waffles hs trans fat. In frozen foods, baked is always heart-healthier than breaded.

6. Baked Goods – More trans fat are used in baked products than any other foods.

7. Cookies and cakes from your local grocery have plenty of trans fat in them.

If you and your partner are really trying to get pregnant you should consider the importance of a healthy diet. Making small changes in what you eat and drink can make the difference between conceiving or not being able to conceive.

You don’t have to drastically change your diet to improve your chances of fertility, but one easy thing you can do is to drink more water. Drinking at least eight glasses of water daily will help to increase your fertility levels. Also, you should be eating high-fiber low-fat foods. This will improve your hormonal balance which will help your chances to conceive.

Add Color to Your Diet

You should eat more brightly colored fruits and vegetables. These foods are nutrient rich and have plenty of vitamin B and folic acid. These foods are essential for healthy sperm and ovaries. Fruits and vegetables also have plenty of vitamin C and iron. Both enhance the quality of sperm and improve the immune system. It is a good idea to include plenty of fruits in your diet.

Wholesome Grain Foods

Another food that you need to include for a healthy fertility diet are nutrient rich whole grains. These include brown rice, corn, whole wheat bread, millet, pasta, and oats. Whole grain foods are rich in vitamins E and B which are essential for the production of healthy eggs, hormone balance, and sperm.

Eat lots of Nuts!

Nuts contain natural plant proteins. Nuts and whole grains also contain vitamin B6 and folic acid which raise your fertility levels. Here are six of the healthiest nuts to eat.

1. Walnuts are a great source of healthy omega-3 essential fatty acids which have been found to protect the heart, promote better cognitive function, and provide anti-inflammatory benefits for asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, eczema and psoriasis.

2. Almonds contain almost 25 percent of your needed daily value for the important nutrient magnesium plus is rich in potassium, manganese, copper, the antioxidants vitamin E and selenium, and calcium.

3. Cashews are a lot lower in fat than most nuts, and 65 percent of this fat is unsaturated fatty acids. 90 percent is folic acids, which is a heart healthy fat found in olive oil.

4. Pecans are a great source of over 19 vitamins and minerals including vitamins E and A, copper, manganese, potassium, zinc, folic acid and calcium.

5. Brazil Nuts are very nutrient-rich and contain protein, copper, niacin, magnesium, fiber, vitamin E and Selenium. Selenium is a powerful antioxidant that works to neutralize dangerous free radicals. Studeis have shown that high amounts of selenium in Brazil nuts could help to prevent breast cancer.

6. Macadamia Nuts are high in protein, fiber, healthy monounsaturated fats, potassium and magnesium.

Fish in your diet

Omega 3 which is mostly found in fish oil helps fertility as it linked to healthy hormone function. Good sources of iron and selenium are seafood, meat and poultry.

A good well balanced fertility diet should include five servings of fruit and vegetables, two or three servings of protein and dairy products, and five to six servings of grains. This diet will ensure you have all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Try to eat smaller meals because three full meals can cause constipation, bloating and pre-menstrual syndrome troubles. These are the Things to Eat Or Drink to Help Bring Fertility Back.

Japan Travel Destination – Yokohama

Yokohama, a city that sits in Tokyo Bay, is often overlooked when traveling in Japan. I admit, it is not that exciting and culturally rich as other travel destinations, but it still has unique attractions to offer. If you are in the Tokyo area looking for a day-trip and are sick of shrines and temples, Yokohama is for you.

Yokohama is the capital city of Kanagawa prefecture. It is slightly to the south of Tokyo and on the mainland of Honshu Island. It is a major commercial hub of the Greater Tokyo area. Initially starting out as a fishing village that opened Japan’s doors to foreign trade through its port, it developed into a prominent port city very rapidly, and also holds a large population of foreign nationals. Yokohoma’s climate is a humid subtropical climate with hot and humid summers and not too cold winters.

There are many places of interest in Yokohama that fascinates travelers. At 106 meters, Yokohama Marine Tower, is the tallest inland light house in the whole world. It is located in the Yamashita Park next to the water front in the celebrated port area of Kannai. Japan’s largest Chinatown is situated in this city as well, and is worth a visit. You will find the food tasting very different from the Chinatown in New York or any other place. If you liked the ramen noodles there, be sure to stop by the Shin Yokohama Ramen Museum to learn how this mouth-watering dish spread from Yokohama to the rest of Japan. Very near to Chinatown is the famous Yokohama Doll Museum and the Silk Center. The Kanagawa Museum of Modern Literature with its lovely rose garden is also within reach.

Yokohama’s harbor area houses the Cosmo Clock 21, which is not only a giant ferry wheel but the worlds biggest clock too. It also provides amazing photographs at night. If you’re awed by vast arenas or stadiums, the Yokohama Arena built for 17,000 people is in the vicinity, next to the Shikansen station. The International Stadium Yokohama and Nissan Stadium are some more. Finally, in the Naka Ward, there is a famous Japanese garden called “Sankeien” that was designed by a silk trader, Tomitaro Hara.

3 Foods That Will Help Give You Man Boobs

The modern phenomenon of man boobs or man breasts is something that plagues many modern men. Along with a whole range of other largely cosmetic body flaws (like large thighs in women) it is largely harmless to your health, except when coupled with extreme obesity. But, that doesn’t mean that men suffering with the condition don’t feel embarrassed or ashamed of how they look.

There are 2 types of man boobs: gynecomastia and pseudo-gynecomastia. The cause of gynecomastia is unknown, but expects widely believe it to be caused by a hormonal imbalance. Whereas, in the case of pseudo-gynecomastia, fat has built up over the chest area, and is largely the result of a man being overweight or obese.

Many men will be wondering if there are foods that caused them to develop man boobs. Now, no food when eaten in moderation will help contribute to the development of man breasts. But there are 3 foods that when eaten in large enough quantities will surely help give you man boobs.

Before I outline these 3 foods, a quick note about the 2 different types of man boobs and how they relate to food. As gynecomastia is a hormonal condition, the impact of food on it is unknown. Some experts warn men about consuming large quantities of soy products due to the naturally occurring phytoestrogen content, though the evidence on this subject is unclear. Whereas, pseudo-gynecomastia is associated with being overweight or obese, so these 3 foods definitely plays a part.

Trans Fat

Trans fat rarely occurs in nature, and is formed when unsaturated oils are hydrogenated to make a solid bar such as margarine. Foods containing trans fat include margarine; cake mixes; ramen noodles and soup cups; fast food; frozen foods such as pies, pizza, etc.; baked foods such as donuts, cookies, cakes; chips; candy; etc. Actually, the list could be endless as almost all processed foods contain trans fat.

Along with making you fat and contributing to the development of your man boobs, consuming trans fat increases your risk of heart disease, raises your bad cholesterol and lowers the good. Eating trans fat is indicated in a whole range of other health conditions: from Alzheimer’s, cancer to depression.

High Fructose Corn Syrup

High fructose corn syrup is also found in many processed foods. It is contained in baked goods, tomato sauces, soft drinks, fruit drinks, etc. It’s even included in flavoured cough syrups. So, in that it has helped you to become overweight (and most men with man boobs are also overweight), it’s liable to have helped contribute to the development of your man breasts. As a matter of fact, many expects now believe it to be the cause of the obesity epidemic, and may be indicated in a range of other conditions associated with obesity: including diabetes, metabolic syndrome and heart disease.

Sugar

Another ubiquitous substance that probably helped you develop those man boobs, is sugar. I doubt you need me to list foods containing sugar, as I imagine you’d recognise such foods without my assistance. In 2008, the average American ate around 136 pounds of sugar (and other sweeteners). And, as that was mainly white sugar, that’s a whopping amount of empty calories being consumed. Along with contributing to the development of your man breasts by causing you to pile on the pounds, sugar is indicated in a range of health conditions from diabetes and obesity, to heart disease and Alzheimer’s.

Cheesy Ramen Noodles in the Microwave

This is a quick and easy alternative to the usual Ramen Noodle soup. It is great for when you don’t have time to boil water and are just looking for a simple yet delicious small meal.

Start by taking the packet of noodles and crushing them up in the bag, this is actually not necessary but helps the noodles cook faster. Using a regular sized bowl, pour the crushed noodles in the bowl followed by a good amount of water.

Microwave the water and noodles together for around four minutes on high power or until the noodles are soft. Make sure to keep an eye on them as the water tends to boil quickly and overflow the bowl often. When this starts to occur, stop the microwave and stir the mixture some.

Once the noodles are done, add the packet of seasoning to the Ramen Noodles. Depending on how strong you like the flavor, it is recommended to only use about half of the packet of seasoning.

Next thing to do is drain all of the water out of the bowl using a strainer. Pour the noodles back in the bowl, placing a slice or two of american sliced singles cheese on top of them. Microwave for another fifteen seconds or so until the cheese is semi melted.

Once you take the bowl out of the microwave, stir the cheese into the Ramen Noodles and you are ready to eat.

You can add your own spin to this and add different kinds of cheese. Although, individually sliced singles are found to melt the best.

This is a great side to go with a sandwich when you don’t feel like cooking an entire meal.
