This was my first crack at a router table, it was a little “slapped” together but I’m happy with it nonetheless. The top is birch plywood with dado grooves for the aluminum t-slot bars, the fence is hardwood plywood and mdf, and the main body is spruce with a mahogany plywood door. I know it seems weird having the mahogany on there but a friend of mine is working at a cabinet shop right now and we have more scraps of mahogany around than spruce! I equiped the fence with a plastic shop vac adapter and then added another adapter for converting to the 4” diameter intake of the dust collector at the shop right now. That way I can use it whether I have a shop vac or a standard dust collector set up.
