The modern phenomenon of man boobs or man breasts is something that plagues many modern men. Some experts warn men about consuming large quantities of soy products due to the naturally occurring phytoestrogen content, though the evidence on this subject is unclear. Whereas, pseudo-gynecomastia is associated with being overweight or obese, so these 3 foods definitely plays a part.
Trans fat rarely occurs in nature, and is formed when unsaturated oils are hydrogenated to make a solid bar such as margarine. Foods containing trans fat include margarine; cake mixes; ramen noodles and soup cups; fast food; frozen foods such as pies, pizza, etc.; baked foods such as donuts, cookies, cakes; chips; candy; etc. Actually, the list could be endless as almost all processed foods contain trans fat.
Along with making you fat and contributing to the development of your man boobs, consuming trans fat increases your risk of heart disease, raises your bad cholesterol and lowers the good. Another ubiquitous substance that probably helped you develop those man boobs, is sugar.
